Gigavac makes UL recognized ones, and I don't think they are DIN
compatible.  So maybe this doesn't help, but:

Are you looking for something for PV output circuits?  In combiner boxes,
at the inverter, or both?  Motorized switches and shunt trip breakers are
also an option, and more likely to be listed rather than recognized.
