Does anyone know of a good designer who wants some challenging work?

Here in the Cayman Islands they are very strict (150mph) and currently use
the 2005 NEC.

We are getting so many systems that I am looking for an outside designer to
work with.

Criteria;

The Solar Designer will be responsible for Designing PV systems by creating
layouts for residential and commercial projects.

*Responsibilities:*

Create and format drawing sets used to secure permit and complete
installation.

Coordinate with me to complete designs.


*Requirements:*

   - Must have PV Design experience
   - Experience in AutoCAD usage
   - Familiarity with dimensioning, scaling and CAD standards
   - Detail-oriented with an emphasis in automation
   - Organized and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
   - Able to work in a fast paced environment
   - Must work well independently
   - Sound decision making ability
   - Experience creating complete drawing sets
   - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design preferred
   - Excellent written and verbal communications
   - String sizing knowledge
   - NABCEP certification a plus

*Education:*

   - Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
   - Auto CAD Certification a plus
