Friends:

 

Regarding sideways breakers:  I guess it is just that I am accustomed to the
DC cabinet being mounted in a certain way.  Many of you make a good point
that this issue does not really matter.  This has opened my mind a bit and I
may rotate the DC cabinet.

 Is there something wrong with having breakers actuate sideways?  I've never
considered it to be a problem.
