[RE-wrenches] UPS -1500w

I do wonder if the Exeltech XP1100 series Sine wave inverter would handle this load? Not knowing the internal design parameters of them compared to the OB FX series, just a hunch.

Ok ! It's an Outback. We know that they cannot change the inverter, thus the reason for the UPS search

It's a sine wave unit and the manufacturer has been very involved in this case. The owner is going to try a UPS that he already owns and will bring it out the next time he travels back.

What inverter does it happen to be, Although sometimes weird stuff like this happens with inverters of all makes.
