[RE-wrenches] Modules approved for horizontal mounting

Kent is right - dust buildup should be an important consideration.

We also installed some horizontal modules "more for show than production"
recently. I've attached a photo of these modules after just a few weeks
alongside a heavily trafficked urban street.
