[RE-wrenches] Sunlight Resistant THWN-2

Andrew, that looks legit to me. I think that a lot of the larger THWN-2
is sunlight resistant, but the outer clear layer will probably start
peeling off within a few months of the installation (see attached). I
imagine the same issues we see with colored USE-2 fading over time would
also apply to THWN-2.
Caveats would be 690.31(A) requiring readily-accessible output circuit
wiring be installed in a raceway, and 690.35(D) requiring ungrounded dc
wiring (source or output circuit) be installed as either PV WIRE or
within a raceway or TC.
