[RE-wrenches] Tax credit question.

That's the thing, this thing is nicer then my house! It's used as a "home" all of Oct, sept, and nov. for duck, grouse and deer hunting. During the summer, at least one of the owners is there For a few days every other week. It is not occupied in the dead of winter due to the roads not being plowed.
