[RE-wrenches] Solmetric PVA and Tigo

I got an email from Solmetric on this question.  Basically the optimizers change the way the modules look electrically so tracing the curve is not possible once optimizers are installed. 

They suggest tracing before or using the tool to pre-screen a client with shading issues to justify optimization.
