[RE-wrenches] Lightway Brand Solar Panels?

I have not used them, but they offered me 63 cents per watt.  At that price your customer can but a few for warranty.

Has anyone used Lightway Brand Solar Panels?  I have a customer that has asked me to use this brand and I am looking for feedback on the quality, customer service etc.  Any and all feedback is appreciated.
