[RE-wrenches] Enphase failures

350+ installed, 5 replacements over a 2 year period (.02%). 1-190, 4-215, 
0-210 (we use Sanyo on many residential systems)

accessibility built in to design is also a plus - not always possible, but 
should be a factor when doing layouts.
