[RE-wrenches] Installation Info on Rolls-Surrette S2-945AGM With M8 Battery Terminal

_Esteemed Wrenches_: Questions about installation of Rolls-Surrette 
S2-945AGM battery:

    1) I am assuming that the M8 terminal uses a standard metric 8mm
    bolt - right?

    2) Is the bolt provided with the battery? How long is it?

    3) Does Rolls Surrette recommend or provide stainless washer(s) in
    addition to the bolt?

    4) Minimum battery cable terminal hole size of ANSI 3/8" (0.375") or
    9mm is required?

    4) What is recommended torque value (in-lbs and/or n-m)?

    5) Is there a link on the Rolls-Surrette web site for installation
    info? My searches did not find one.
