[RE-wrenches] Experience with Aerial Wiring in Developing Countries

Wrenches,

Does anyone have experience running overhead wires in the Developing
World?  I am connecting health clinic outbuildings and can't trench.  The
system is inside a walled compound and therefore theft is not an issue.  I
know that according to US Code the wires must be at least 10 feet high, use
a UF sunlight rated wire with steel messenger cable, mastheads at either
end, and conduit to the mastheads.  Is there anything else that should be
considered?  Thanks.
