Hi Jesse
Be sure to include in your looking for training, the courses offered at both St.Paul College and the Local 292 electrical electrical workers Union.
 
Here is a partical list
Battery based inverter systems (16 hrs)
Module optimizers and Micro inverters (16 hrs)
Sloped roof and Scaffold safety (8 hrs)
Site evaluation and common computer evaluations (16 hrs)
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (if you are not up on your cards)  (12 hrs and 32 hours)
NEC 2011 Art 690 and associated articles (16 hrs )
Small Wind systems (I think I saw you in the last wind class?}
 
I know you are an AEE customer, dont miss the Winter conference, check whit you rep.
