[RE-wrenches] mechanical vs. electronic kwh meter

[North Texas Renewable Energy Inc]

People have been backfeeding thru their meters long before UL1749 came
along.
The meter mfgr probably has the standards that their design meets, including
UL, NEMA etc that will put any complaints to rest.
