[RE-wrenches] how would you measure a partial short circuit

Thanks Bill and Bob,

once again I know more about what I do because of you guys. 

Bob, thanks for he tip about the ammeter. I havent done too much experimentation 
with the direction of the clamp, but I think it will be a new standard piece of 
data I collect before I move any fuses.

Hopefully I will be back at that house and be able to figure out what was wrong 
and let you wrenches know for interest's sake.
