[RE-wrenches] John Wiles

Friends:

I have met Mr. Wiles and I know him to be intelligent, passionate and a 
nice person.

I do not always agree with Mr. Wiles' advice.  He is widely read in the 
industry, which is not always a good thing.  I have had to waste valuable 
time disabusing building officials of points of view they have acquired 
from Mr. Wiles that I am convinced are just plain wrong.  His input has 
been good at times and bad at other times.

I would not support funding with taxpayer dollars to continue his role in 
the industry.
