[RE-wrenches] Corrugated roofing attachments

I have no experience with this product, however i sure could have used them for the last project i did with this type of roof.
Question:  What if the truss is not directly under the 'bump' in the roof?  My understanding is that the roof decking alone is not adequate enuf (pull-out strength) to securely support the array racking, thus the need to lag into the trusses.  Unless you have access to the underside of the roof to put in supporting back boards btwn the trusses, which isn't always the case.
Other than these brackets, you could try using shallow uni-strut attached to the trusses with spacers to keep the uni-strut from crushing the 'bumps'.
