[RE-wrenches] 120 volt grid tie inverter

Again the definition of 120 volt DC? is this for a 120 volt PV String?
  
Excel Tec makes a 120 V AC out from small PV array,  It is ment to operate on a 15 amp circuit I think. They also make a 120 volt DC input but I am not sure if that is Grid Tie 1741
