[RE-wrenches] rebar v/s fiber

Fiber is not really intended to be structural, but to help mitigate cracking. Rebar is very structural as we all know. But I agree w/Peter, with a pole fully into the ground (and not flanged mounted to the top of the pour) the rebar serves little purpose and I've never done it.
