[RE-wrenches] CSI - Warranty

Folks,

Those of us doing work in California are familiar with the CSI program and
it's 10 year warranty requirement.

1 - In order to obtain CSI EPPB I include the required warranty language in
my contract with the original customer. Does California contracting law
allow/require that this warranty extend to subsequent owners upon sale of
the property? Is there anything explicit it the CSI Handbook that say
whether or not the warranty is transfered?

2 - Is anyone aware of PG&E or the CEC stepping in to help enforce warranty
claims on projects that received CSI funds? Any companies receiving "points"
for not servicing the warranty? Any claw back of CSI funds on projects that
don't meet projected yields due to unfulfilled warranty claims?
