Ryan,
   If you haven't tried the Apollo Solar controller you might consider it.
We have many installed and they seem, after an intially rough start, to
be a superior product. I have yet to use the high voltage model but
plan to at the first opportunity. You can configure the panels to 200
VDC OC. They are available.
