According to the news releases, they are moving production to China, and we have been having doubt about whether they will be around to honor any warranties, which is why we have shyed away from them in the past year or so (besides the fact that both Sharp and Kyocera have much better frames).

"The company disclosed the China relocation in the filing of its earnings for the third-quarter of 2009. Through the first nine months of this year Evergreen lost $167 million cq, compared to $33.6 million for the same period last year. The company's stock closed at $1.42 today, down 6 cents."

At the SEPA convention we learned that Evergreen is moving their production to Mexico. Is this better than being made in China?

    Max,

Been using them for several years now.
No failures, good output, AMERICAN made.
Minimal packaging and prepaid shipping of the recyclable corner
    protectors.
Because they are American made, they are a little higher per watt than
nearly all of the Chinese stuff out there. You just can't get around
that, but who do you want to support and where do you live?
