maybe build a jig on the roof to hang plumb bobs so you know exactly where the frame is, then after the lathing is done, drill through to the sticks, and lag bolt into the frame while also epoxying into the stone, and use some pretty hefty bolts. Then you can use some short standoffs. If thats not enough for you, maybe run up the wall with stainless steel uni-strut behind the array as part of your fastening strategy.
