[RE-wrenches] Tube solar collectors

We get some snow here in NJ, but it usually melts fairly quickly. Perhaps
that is some of the difference.

In snow country good old, simple, flat plate collectors do better then the
EV tubes. The snow slides off and melts faster... and unless you are trying
to make steam, the summer performance is about the same. IMO evacuated tube
units are an overly high tech product looking for an application.
