Hello all:

 

Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) and Solar Electric Power
Association (SEPA) hosted a one hour Federal Solar Tax Credit Question and
Answer Seminar by phone yesterday.  It was recorded, and the link to listen

(.wmv) format.)  This phone conference is a good intermediate level briefing
from someone who was involved with establishing the IRS rules relating to
solar incentives. The last several minutes deals with loan guarantees.

Mike Taylor (SEPA) co-hosts with Larry Sherwood (IREC).  Keith Martin
(Chadbourne & Parke, LLP) answered questions during the seminar. Some of
this is relevant to wind and other renewables as well. The link can be
shared with anyone else you think may be interested.
