[RE-wrenches] 3 Xantrex XW system

Mark:
I think I have this problem licked. See last drawing on
http://millersolar.com/practices/Technical_Procedures/xw/3XW.html We will
be using two outboard load centers for utility and generator feeds to the
inverters. This leaves the on-board AC rail open for my new, full feature
bypass assembly. We will need a custom slide plate which we can machine
out of aluminum, or, do you think Xantrex might want to go into production
with this?
As you recall, you and I discussed the fact that the utility is hesitant to
allow the use of an XW system with a generator component. After several
iterations, they finally accepted our design package for processing. I
hope it passes review.
I'd like to talk with you about this. I will call you. I am posting to
the Wrenches in case others are curious about this solution, or, maybe they
can discover a flaw in the design and save me from myself.
Thanks,
William Miller
PS: Thanks also for being very helpful to me on a number of occasions. I
think you are a real asset to Xantrex.
