[RE-wrenches] Long MC Cable Mid String

I prefer the hand method as it is so simple and understandable.  However I wonder if the grounding sizing might give errors as the groounding rrequirements in 690 are both the same in some respects and different in other respects.  The output of the E-pro might be misconstrued.
