[RE-wrenches] NABCEP Testing RAVE

I think you have a very valid point.  
The testing travel distance is a real burden.  It appears to me that If a valid test site, a bonded proctor, and enough candates can be provided, this should be acceptable.  We offered the above last year and was turned down.
