[RE-wrenches] Xantrex XW CC availability

Last we heard, the FM60 was going up $50, the FM80 was going up $100 (list 
price). On the other hand, the new Morningstar looks like it will be a top 
contender for the 60 amp range, at least until Bob's Midnite Solar Classic 
comes out. We have been pushing the Xantrex SCC over the FM60 because the 
Xantrex SCC is so much quieter for radio/EMI interference.
