If you are speaking of wind turbines, yes they certainly qualify as a new
installation. I do not believe any repairs to existing wind turbines are
covered. If you are referring to wind mills, i.e. water pumpers, I don't
believe they qualify as renewably energy projects.

I just had a customer ask me and I have no idea.
