[RE-wrenches] Desulfators

I have a picture of one that burned up pretty spectacularly.  
(definitely a fire starter) I wouldn't hook them up without fusing.....
I think modern charge controllers with PWM and temp comp do the job  
of desulfation adequately and safely.
