[RE-wrenches] Enphase Micro Inverter Energy System

I've been asked to evaluate a set of plans that came accross the counter of a local municipality recently. It was the microinverter system by Enphase. I've seen this product, but this is the first actual installation I'm exposed to. Has anyone installed these?

Just a heads up (and a quick poll):
 
While I dont even notice the ubiquitous email scams these days, randing from the CC fraud orders for 8 panels 100-120 watts each etc etc to the more popular "esteemed sir... help me move these billions in oil kickbacks out etc etc"... this one caught my eye:
 
I really should scan it in, but some con took the time to make fake stationary from "Creative Partnerships" and then typed out an official looking letter and mailed it to me from London!  It is from a Mr. Simon Robb and is simila to the email scams where a wealthy saudi seeks to invest $250M in green energy yada yada...  
 
Any of you all get the same letter?  just curious.  Have fantastic, restful (and sunny) weekends.
