[RE-wrenches] Need less than 4 lb/ft2 solar array

My client in Southern California wants at least 1 MW PV on each of 2 
buildings with very large flat roofs. The problem is the structural engineer 
says the roofs can only support less than 4 pounds per square foot 
additional load. Penetrations are a secondary issue, but weight is a 
deal-killer. I would really appreciate your combination module/mount 
recommendations. If you have a proprietary design low-weight array, please 
contact me off-list so I can put your company on the bidder's list. Thank
