[RE-wrenches] Rooftop PV setbacks?

For rooftop PV systems, are there any regulations or rules of thumb on how
much of a setback from the roof edge is needed?
How about how wide of an isle way is needed between rows (if different than
shading requirements)?  Any requirement to "split rows" to allow for a path?
