How many Enphase inverters have you installed?
Of the total number of installed inverters, how many where DOA or required
servicing within the first month?
Have there been any failures from month one on?
What is the longest period any single inverter has been in operation?

Borreggo Solar has done a few systems with Enphase so you may want to
inquire with them.
