A local real estate appraiser should have that info... ask if they have any
"matched paired analysis" data between similar houses with and without
solar.  If an appraiser is not available, a seasoned realtor will be able to
give you a good idea.

Can anyone point me to any documentation out there as what installing a PV
system on a home does for its resale value?  I mean, I would think that it
would certainly add to it, but would like to see some research backing that
up.
