Hi Jon,

We haven't tried using the 80 amp Outbacks with Kestrels (yet), mainly 
because I haven't sent one over to the factory for testing. I can't 
think of any reason why it wouldn't be at least as successful as with 
the MX. We do have an XW under testing at the moment with the Kestrel 
voltage limiter, which limits to 140 VDC, acts as an automatic diversion 
load bank, and as a brake. Very tidy unit indeed. I've had no feedback 
on the operation of the MX yet, but I know I'd hear right away if it 
wasn't viable.
