This is the reply I received from Sungevity:

         I have reviewed a number of satellite images of your roof and it 
has excellent solar potential.  At this time, however, crucial satellite 
images are not yet available in Mill Valley making it impossible to 
complete your solar iQuote.

Looks like the Sate-quote concept did not work.
