I've always used my local distributor for Zomeworks purchases. I do not deal
with Zomeworks directly except for the occasional questions. I also know
rack manufactures in general are very busy and have 6 to 8 week lead times
for most of them. Of course being swamped with orders doesn't explain the
poor service. These rack manufactures are actually very small companies, I
would ask to talk with the owner of ZWorks, he is still probably the most
knowledgeable person at the company concerning the repair of old trackers.
