A friend who used to work for Kyocera says they are focused on complete (and large) installs.  Apparently they bid on several major projects, but are stalled out right now due to the long lead times and politics surrounding those projects.  The Kyocera lot may be the only completion to date, so if your client has the money ($11-12 per watt as he recalls) and is serious they ought to be very cooperative.
