Bad news - Tax credit extension failed [RE-wrenches]

Get a grip-- Residential Fed credit is 30% with $2000 cap /system , 
either/or thermal / Pv .
The Fed commercial credit is also 30%, with no cap.
The 10% Fed investment tax credit is for all commercial investments other 
than solar thermal or PV, and has been in place a long time.
