Hiya Bob,
I have been using Fronius exclusively for both residential and small
commercial systems for the past 3-4 years. In that time I've had just
two issues. One was a scratched up front cover out of the box and one
was a DC fan wire connection that had come loose in shipping. They
immediately replaced the cover and talked me through the fan fix.
I'm not particularly fond of the mounting plate arrangement given
that I prefer to mount the inverter, etc over a gutter with offsets,
but aside from that, I think they are very, very good. 15 year
warranty too.
Good Luck, Bob-O
