wind controller [RE-wrenches]

OutBack has an MX running on an ARE 110 in my neighborhood (but not 
on my dump truck...), but this is still under testing and 
development. They hope to hook it up to my XL.1 with a higher-voltage 
winding sometime in the next 6 weeks. Stay tuned.
