The Wiley product is an "array to conduit transition" device. You still have
to get the conduit through the roof with some kind of penetration (unless
you are going back to the old caulk and screw method used with a standard
box). The Soladeck is a complete wiring and roof penetration device.

The wiley isn't promoted as a roof penetration.

So not really equivalent but possibly complementary products.

Wiley electronics has a specific built roof penetration/combiner with buss
bars and DIN rail for breakers/fuse holders.
donno if it's available yet, but I'm ordering several for upcoming jobs. 
will post thoughts.
