I apologize.  63.1 is not the angle of the modules, rather the angle of the 
line of incidence.  The module tilt angle would be 26.9.  Allowing for 
rounding, we might be in agreement.

BTW, my use of the term "line of incidence" would more correctly be the 
line of perpendicularity.
