Look into the Victron product line,they offer some very good battery
chargers + chargers/power supplies. They also offer other products for
the off grid market.
The charger I use will operate between 185-264 v &
45-65Hz.www.victronenergy.com

I think this is why many people (amazingly including me) are giving the 
Xantrex XW a serious look. Outback's stubborn refusal to include two AC 
inputs on their grid tied inverter is a major wart and caused me to 
become quite disappointed with them. The best work around is running the

genny output through a 2:1 step down transformer, rectifying it and 
dumping that into a MX60.
