Wrenches,
We are responding to a RFP for a GT system for a commuter rail station. The
agency handling the RFP expects design to be part of the process - in other
words, they have no idea what they want and we are to make suggestions.

One part of the requirements is for an interpretive display. The only
wording specifically related to this requirement is this:
Interpretive Signage - The Contractor will design interpretive sign(s),
including digital readouts to demonstrate the efficacy of the PV System.
Upon design approval from [agency], Contractor will install the sign(s) near
the PV System in a location visible to the greatest number of people
possible. Contractor will complete this task and submit photographs of the
installed signage to the [agency] within two months of the installation of
the system.

My request is for links, referrals, and ideas related to what is currently
available to meet this requirement. At this stage we expect to simply
include an allowance for this part of the job, but any Great Ideas will be
included in our proposal. There will be wi-fi internet access at the
station, and the display will most likely be outdoors and must be andal- and
weather-resistant.

Suggestions, please?
