multiple grid-tie inverter problem [RE-wrenches]

We have installed many systems, but a recent new grid-tie having multiple inverters is giving us major headaches. Two identical side-by-side systems on same roof, each array supplies its own Fronius inverter separately. Each AC output feeds its own circuit breaker in new sub-panel serving only these inverters, which feeds back to main panel and meter base.
One inverter never connects to grid, and error messages appear like there is a problem with grid. However, other inverter has no problem and is on exact same breaker panels and wire runs. Have tried to shut down "good" system and start problem inverter first, but same problem. Any way to widen or adjust inverter settings to make less sensitive or to better match? All Fronius inverter has is an error message display, but no program setpoints that I can access.
I have seen problems in past when AC wire run is too long and the voltage drop causes inverter to not connect due to low voltage, but if that was case here, why would other inverters work just fine which are on same AC wiring?
Thanks,
Jeff Yago
