Advice medium size system [RE-wrenches]

Hi All, Had a customer ask today for a 40 kW array, 
no problem, a 70 kW 3 phase inverter capacity (I have
a 40kW 3 phase outback system I will pattern after),
grid interactive, 150 kWh battery system.  He wants
solar peak shaving at his small plant.  It has a 100
hp dryer that he pays $14,65 per kW when it runs maybe
twice a week.  Does anyone have peak shaving load
control ideas?  Has anyone done peak load control from
their solar system?  Has anyone sensed the service
power, and added power when a level is exceeded?  

Thanks in advance, My thought is this has no chance of
going because of cost, but if you have ideas pls send.
