>The drafts will have three sections in most cases.  They are the proposal, the substantiation, and comments to the Forum for information purposes.    As the drafts evolve, they will be tailored to meet the NFPA/NEC Style Manual requirements.  Near the due date of late October 2008, the drafts will be placed on the electronic forms required by NFPA.

>Each new MS Word draft will have changes from the previous drafts noted in red.  I will note the new proposals, the proposals that have minor (editorial, grammatical-ED) changes, or those that have major (content-CT) changes in the cover e-mail so that you will not have to review every proposal on each draft. Article 690 and 705 will move to Code Making panel 4 for the 2011 NEC cycle.
